Clarence "Clancey" HowardSeptember 16, 1939 - November 11, 2015Clarence "Clancey" Arthur Howard, 76, of Blackfoot, passed away on Wednesday November 11, 2015 at the Bingham Memorial Skilled Nursing Center.Clancey was born on September 16, 1939, in Denver, Colorado to Vernon and Susan Howard. After graduating from high school in Arco, Idaho he attended Boise State University where is studied agriculture to enhance his agriculture background.He farmed with a partner for a time before traveling to Lybia and Saudi Arabia to teach farming and how to run specific equipment.In 1993 he married Amy Marlyn Silapan in Elko Nevada after meeting each other in Hong Kong. Clancey worked for over 22 years as a salesmen at Blackfoot Motor before retiring. He enjoyed fishing, camping, and the outdoors. He loved flying and even had his own Cessna for a time that he would fly to Jackpot. Clancey also loved to travel. He has visited many places including: Canada, Fiji, Singapore, Hong Kong, Philippines, Costa Rica, Lybia, Saudi Arabia, Thailand and many other places. He also enjoyed building and tinkering on things and has converted several buses into motorhomes.He is survived by his wife, Amy Howard, of Blackfoot, his daughters, Amber Kim Tuttle, of Whitman, AZ, Crystal Shawn White, of Nampa, ID, and Jolie Dawn (Corey) Gibbs, of Germany, 3 grandchildren, Dallys Newton, Fallon Gibbs and Piper Gibbs.He was preceded in death by his parents, Vernon and Susan Howard. A viewing will be held on Saturday November 14, 2015 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the Hawker Funeral Home, 132 S.
