Treat, Clarence Joseph (Joe), Owner of Treat Construction, passed away on November 15th, 2014. He was born on July 25th, 1939 in Wichita, Kansas. He is proceeded in death by his parents, Clarence J Treat, Sr and Katherene Thelma Lenox. He is survived by his wife of 51 years Betty A Treat, daughter Debra Anderson and spouse Joseph Anderson, sons Gregory Treat, Ron Treat, and John Dreiling, grandchildren Dr. Crystal Dillard, Victoria Russell, and Amber Treat, great grandchild Brantson Dillard, and siblings Katherine Boreland, Clara Thelma Harmon, Freda Mae Robinson, Bill Lenox, and Ed LeBeau.
