MARATHON, Fla. — Clark James "Skip" Hamilton, 81, died Sunday, Dec. 27, 2015, on his boat in the Florida Keys. He was born on May 10, 1934, in Detroit, Michigan, to the late James and Maxine (Clark) Hamilton. He married Karen Ann Jordan on Jan. 30, 1965, in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He worked as a precision tool and die maker before buying his own business. He enjoyed bringing music to the Angola area for 43 years as the proprietor of Skip's Party Place in Angola, Indiana. He enjoyed his family and spending as much time as possible on the water with them. Surviving is his loving wife, Karen Hamilton; a son, Steve (Jo Ann) Hamilton; and three daughters, Lynne Hamilton, Holly Fancil and Krista (Rich) Hamilton-Smith. Also surviving are nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two brothers, an infant and Robert; and a sister, Jean. A gathering of family and friends is planned for May 15, 2016, at 2 p.m. at Glendarin Hills Golf Club, Angola. Memorials are to the , P.O.
