Colleen Wilson HeathMurfreesboro, TNColleen Wilson Heath, age 78 of Murfreesboro, TN, died Saturday April 29, 2017, as the result of Alzheimer's disease. A native of Murfreesboro, TN, she was born on July 17, 1938 to the late Bill and Irene Coe Wilson. Mrs. Heath was also preceded in death by her brother, Floyd Wilson, Sr.Mrs. Heath is survived by her husband of more than 30 years, Billy J. Heath, Sr.; sons, Russell Norton and his wife Vicki, Keith Norton and his wife Cathey, and Mark Norton and his wife Yvonne; daughter, Kari Batey and her husband Charles; step-daughter, Melanie Collins and her husband Phillip; step-son, Bill Heath Jr. and his wife Jennifer; grandchildren, Stephanie Blackmon, Christy Fowler, Tyler Norton, Emily Norton, Taylor Norton, Lily Norton, Eliza Batey, John Montgomery, Hannah David, Carolyn Paden, Catlyn Lamb, Cameron Collins, Ryan Heath, Caleb Heath, Emma Heath, and Macy Heath; nine great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Carolyn Rogers Wilson and Margaret Heath.Visitation with the family will be held Tuesday from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel with Dr. Alan Cooper officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Mrs. Heath was a 1956 graduate of Central High School and retired from the U. S. Postal Service. She enjoyed sewing and cooking, with her passion being her family and church activities. Mrs. Heath was a member of Bellwood Church of Christ.
