Pfuelb, 84, of Chatham, New Jersey passed away on Wednesday, July 26, 2017 at Morristown Medical Center surrounded by her family.Connie was born on March 2, 1933 in Newark, NJ. She was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Pasquale and Ines (nee Iervolino) Ascolese.She was a graduate of Morristown High School and worked as an Executive Secretary for Beneficial Management Company and as a Mortgage Servicing Specialist for Bank of America.She was a parishioner of St. Patrick's Church, Chatham, NJ. Connie was a member of the Chatham Seniors, Nifty Knitters, Sew 'n Sew's Knitting Group and The Suburbanites. In her earlier years, she volunteered often and was involved with girl scouts. Connie loved gardening, being outdoors and spending time with her family. She and her husband enjoyed camping in their RV all over the East Coast and she especially liked visiting lighthouses.Connie is survived by her husband of 53 years, George J. Pfuelb. She was the beloved mother of daughters; Pamela Hood and husband Allen and Lisa Pfuelb. She was the cherished Nana of Madelyn and Patrick Hood. In addition, she is survived by sister, Fannie Stinson, brother, Joseph Ascolese and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her siblings; Florence, Frank, her twin sister, Geraldine and Clara.A visitation will be held on Sunday, July 30, 2017 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at Wm. A. Bradley & Son Funeral Home, 345 Main Street, Chatham, NJ 07928. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. on Monday, July 31, 2017 at St. Patrick's Church, 85 Washington Avenue, Chatham, NJ. An entombment will follow at Holy Rood Cemetery, Morristown, NJ.
