Cynthia Ann woolfork, aged 38, passed away on October 30, 2024, in Minneapolis, MN. Born on February 13, 1986, in Milwaukee, Wi, to her loving parents Charlotte Woolfork and Johnnie Moore. Cynthia dedicated her life to caring for others, working tirelessly in various capacities within the healthcare sector, including roles as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aide, and Personal Care Assistant.

Cynthia was a beacon of joy, known for her resilience and infectious laughter. She was a loving mother to her daughters, Layla Woolfork ,Mya Woolfork and Sheila a supportive sister to Lisa woolfork (Brandon) and Cassandra Stewart (Justin). Her role extended beyond her immediate family as she was also a cherished aunt to Janelle, Jasmine, Justice, A'mora, A'lani, Daunte, and Justin Jr., and a dear friend to many, including her special friends Kehara, Nina, and Lamon. 

Her mother, Charlotte Woolfork , preceded her in death. Cynthia's legacy is marked by her unwavering support and the wisdom she shared, making her a central figure in her family.
