Hubert, NC | Cynthia ""Cindy"" Cannon, 54, passed away on January 31, 2016, at Camp Lejeune Naval Hospital. She was born on May 4, 1961, in Birmingham, AL. She was a hardworking and free spirited individual that loved her family and was a dedicated Deputy at the Onslow County Jail. She will profoundly be missed. She is survived by her son, Jeremiah ""Jeremy"" Turner (wife, Amy Turner) of Hubert; daughters, Victoria ""Tory"" Sipler (husband, Jesse Sipler) of Greenville, Bethany ""Beth"" Cannon of Raleigh, and Abigail ""Abby"" Cannon of Hubert; three grandchildren, Haley Turner, Zooey Turner, and baby Sipler. She also left behind her sister, Debbie Cole of Trussville, AL; former husband, William ""Tommy"" Cannon of Hubert; and many other beloved family members and friends. Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, February 6th at Jones Funeral home in Swansboro.
