It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Cynthia Tucker, who was born on March 10, 1975 and passed away on November 16, 2025 in Annapolis, Maryland, United States. She is survived by her loving father, Allen Tucker, and her devoted mother, Elizabeth Johnson. Cynthia leaves behind her beloved children, Ebone Green and Kierra Green.

Cynthia was a graduate of Annapolis Senior High School, class of 1993. She dedicated many years of her life to working at the Naval Academy. In her free time, Cynthia enjoyed playing Bingo and singing in the church choir.

On November 16, 2025, Cynthia lost her battle with cancer. She will be remembered for her kind heart, infectious laughter, and unwavering love for her family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
