Halliday, D. Ross, MD D. Ross Halliday, MD passed away on July 31st, 2017 at his home in Scottsdale AZ. with his wife Jan and daughter Kathryn by his side. He was 84 years old. Ross was born on August 12th, 1932 in Kenmare, ND to Dr. David James Halliday and Clara Margaret (Allingham) Halliday. Ross started his career at the Fargo Clinic in 1964 and he opened his own practice, Orthopedics Associates, in Fargo, ND. In 1988, he moved to Scottsdale Arizona and began working at Casa Blanca Clinic, Mayo Clinic Scottsdale, Concentra Clinic/ Industrial Injuries, as a consultant at Health International, Institute for bone and Joint Disorders, Medpro, Orthopedics Institute, as a consultant to First Health and Medical Director to First Health/Coventry Healthcare.
