Dale is survived by his Wife, Cindy Currie-Byron, his daughter Monica and son-in-law Scott Ellerin. He also leaves behind cherished grandchildren, Makaya, and step-grandson Mason Ellerin, a step-daughter Brandi(Brian)Hollenbeck and two step Granddaughers, Lillian and Delaney Hollenbeck.
Dale attended DeRuyter, NY high school graduated in _____ later continued his studies at United States Coast Guard,where he served from 1968-1972. Ater leaving the service, he was employed by Brewer Titchner from 1972-1978,he was then enrolled in exxon school, in 1978, he went on to open a car lot on Tompkins street in 1988 Cortland and a exxon gas station On Portwatson street, to be later called BYRONS SeRVICe Station, in 1978-TILL? He had a passion for NASCAR and worked for Poconos race way from 19__to 19__he enjoyed spending time watching races and keeping up with the latest news in the racing world.
Dale will be remembered for his kind heart, infectious laughter, and unwavering love for his family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
