It is with a heavy heart that we mourn the passing of Dalfus Moore. Born on January 20, 1950, Dalfus lived a long and eventful life, which finally came to a close on May 4, 2023, in Ohio, Illinois.
Dalfus was a man of many talents. He was an expert in the art of making toast, a skill he had honed over the course of several decades. He was also an accomplished armchair traveler, having visited every corner of the world without ever leaving the comfort of his living room.
Despite his many accomplishments, Dalfus will perhaps be best remembered for his sense of humor. He had a quick wit and a mischievous spirit, which he used to lighten the mood in even the most somber of situations. He loved to tell stories and jokes, and was never happier than when he had an audience to entertain.
Dalfus is survived by his beloved wife, Loretta, and their three children, Harold, Agnes, and Gladys. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him, but his memory will live on in the many hearts he touched during his time on this earth.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you honor Dalfus's memory by raising a toast in his honor. He would have liked that.
Rest in peace, dear Dalfus. We will miss your jokes, your laughter, and your indomitable spirit.
You can to the family or in memory of Dalfus Moore.
