On the 6th of July, 2025, the world lost a true hero in Daniel Lugo. Born on the 2nd of June, 1972, in Hartford, Connecticut, United States, Daniel was a shining light in his community.

He was the loving son of Bobby and Stacey Lugo, who instilled in him a sense of compassion and empathy from a young age. Despite not having any children of his own, Daniel was a father figure to many, his kindness and generosity touching countless lives.

One of the causes closest to Daniel's heart was his work with the Warming Shelter organization. He dedicated countless hours to helping those less fortunate, providing them with warmth, shelter, and most importantly, hope. His selflessness and dedication to serving others was truly remarkable.

Throughout his life, Daniel exhibited unwavering strength and grace in the face of adversity. He approached every challenge with a fierce determination and a positive attitude that inspired all who knew him. His infectious smile and uplifting spirit will be sorely missed by his friends, family, and the community he served.

Though Daniel may no longer walk among us, his legacy will live on in the hearts of all those whose lives he touched. Rest in peace, dear Daniel. Your memory will never be forgotten.
