Danny Vercher, who was born on July 30, 1953, in Pineville Louisiana and peacefully passed away on October 12, 2025 in Jacksonville Florida.

Danny was the beloved son of Roy Joseph Vercher and Dorthy May Vercher. He leaves behind a legacy of love and strength, as well as four children who will forever cherish his memory: Tina Murray and her spouse Mark Castro, Sherry Munoz and her spouse Fili Munoz, Ashley Esquivel, and Pete Vercher.

In addition to his children, Danny was also a proud grandfather to ten grandchildren. Clarissa Hernandez, Marisela Padilla, Leo Hernandez, Alex Hernandez, Ezequiel Salinas, Michael Murray, Makayla Murray, Matthew Murray, Jazmine Castro and Marcus Castro.

He was also survived by his Great-children Bentley, Casen, Ahlani, Brooklyn, Analiese, Ava, Trinity, Adrian

Throughout his life, Danny worked as a dedicated truck driver for over 51 years until his retirement in 2024. His work ethic and commitment to providing for his family will always be remembered and cherished.

Danny will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. May he rest in peace, knowing that his memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends forever.
