Daphene Brown, 56, of Norfolk, Virginia, passed away on December 28, 2024. She was born on December 4, 1968. Daphene was known for her kind heart, infectious laughter, and unwavering positivity. She had a deep love for nature and could often be found tending to her garden or taking long walks along the beach. Daphene had a passion for helping others and dedicated much of her time to volunteering in her community. Her presence will be greatly missed by all who knew her, but her memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved her.
