On January 8, 2026, we said goodbye to our beloved Darresha Smith of Mayo, Florida. She was born on November 16, 2000, to her parents Darrell Smith and Shatara Blake.
While Darresha didn't have any children of her own, she poured her love and care into her work as a nurse, where she touched the lives of many. She had a passion for singing, taking photos, and helping her community in any way she could.
She leaves to cherish loving and fun memories in the hearts the following:

Despite facing challenges, Darresha always found a way to spread joy and laughter wherever she went. Her vibrant spirit and kind heart will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Although her life was cut short by family violence, we choose to remember Darresha for the light she brought into the world and the love she shared with those around her.
Rest in peace, Darresha. Your memory will live on in our hearts forever.
