Darryl Carbonel, of Dickinson, North Dakota, passed away on August 29, 2024, at the age of 78. He was born on March 6, 1946.

Darryl is survived by his son, William Carbonel, and three grandchildren.

Darryl dedicated his life to serving his country, most notably as a Major General in the Air Force. He was a respected leader and a dedicated patriot, always putting the needs of his country and his fellow service members above his own.

His commitment to duty and honor was unwavering, and he leaves behind a legacy of service and sacrifice that will never be forgotten.

Darryl's passing was due to natural causes, and he will be remembered fondly by all who knew him.
