DARYL E. SWEETWOOD, 71 ORANGEVILLE - Daryl E. Sweetwood, age 71, passed away on Saturday August 10, 2013 at his home in Orangeville. He was born on January 31, 1942 in Monroe, WI to Wayne and Florence (Boeck) Sweetwood. He married Judy Gross on April 22, 1961 at the Staver United Methodist Church. Daryl worked at Honeywell for 37 years and also farmed all of his life. He is survived by his wife, Judy; 2 daughters, Angela Joy Sweetwood (Jason Grossen) of Monticello, WI and Michelle Leah (Robert) Folgate of Dakota, IL; 3 grandsons, Ethan and Blake Folgate and Hunter Grossen; a step-granddaughter, Rachel; 5 siblings, Shirley Wild of Winslow, IL, Lawaine (Larry) Heck of Rockford, IL, Dennis (Noreen) Sweetwood of Freeport, IL, Lynn Sippel of Eastover, NC and Sharon Sweetwood of Oregon, WI. He was preceded in death by his parents A visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday August 14, at the Orangeville United Methodist Church. A memorial service will be held on Thursday August 15, 2013 at 11 a.m. at the Orangeville United Methodist Church. A luncheon will follow the memorial service at the church.
