Dashon Taylor, beloved son, brother, and friend, was born on May 25, 2006, in Columbia, South Carolina, United States. It is with heavy hearts that we announce his untimely passing on August 14, 2023, at the tender age of 17.

Dashon was a vibrant and talented young man whose presence would light up any room. As a student at Columbia High School, Dashon was admired for his dedication to his studies. He excelled in all subjects; Dashon's thirst for knowledge was insatiable, and he would often engage his classmates in thought-provoking discussions that left a lasting impact.

Dashon leaves behind a legacy of love and kindness that will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to have crossed his path. He will be dearly missed by his grief-stricken parents, David Kenyon Taylor and Ronetta Willliams-Price, who cherished every moment spent with their beloved son. His younger sister, Mia, looked up to Dashon as her role model and best friend, and her loss is immeasurable.

Funeral services to celebrate Dashon Taylor's life will be held on August 23, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at St. John's Church in Columbia, South Carolina. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the American Heart Association, a cause Dashon held close to his heart.
