David Lee Hough, 70, of Jeffersonton, VA, passed away on Friday, January 5, 2024 at his home. He was born June 29, 1953 in West Morland PA, to the late Louie and Joanna Hough. 

David graduated from Mount Pleasant High School and went on to join the United States Navy. He served his country for over 20 years and retired. 

David enjoyed fishing, kayaking, camping, cooking outdoors, spending time with his family. He loved to watch the Pittsburg Steelers play football. 

He is survived by his wife and best friend of 30 years Brenda Hough, three children Elizabeth O’Kane, David Hough (Michelle), Josh Hough, siblings Todd Hough, Linda Bradshaw, Gary Hough, Luann Martz, Tom Hough, and Kerry Hough, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. 

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 15, 2024 at 1:00 pm at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel with Father Trent Moore officiating. The family will receive friends from 11:00 am until service time at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Culpeper National Cemetery, 305 US Avenue, Culpeper VA, 22701.
