David Wing, lovingly known as "Wingman" to his friends and family, took his last flight on June 28, 2023, at the age of 64. Born on December 18, 1958, in Livingston, Montana, David's adventurous spirit and warm heart will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

If there ever was a person who could make even a grumpy cat smile, it was David. He had an unmatched sense of humor that could lighten up any room. From his witty one-liners to his elaborate pranks, David's joyous presence was contagious.

David was also an avid outdoorsman. He spent his days exploring the breathtaking landscapes of Montana, breathing in the fresh air like it was his lifeline. Whether he was traversing the rugged mountains or casting his fishing line into the tranquil rivers, nature was his sanctuary and brought him immeasurable happiness.

Known for his incredible generosity and compassion, David was always there to lend a helping hand. He believed in the power of community and tirelessly volunteered at local organizations. No task was too big or too small for him if it meant making someone's day a little brighter. The impact he made on the lives of those around him will forever be felt.

In his free time, David was a dedicated music lover. His eclectic taste ranged from classic rock to jazz, and he could often be found humming along to his favorite tunes. Sharing his passion for music with others brought him immense pleasure, and his impromptu guitar jam sessions will forever be cherished by all lucky enough to witness them.

Although David may have left for his final adventure, his spirit will continue to soar in our hearts. Let us celebrate the life of this extraordinary man and cherish the memories we shared. He is survived by his son Brandon Wing, and sister Gayla L. Wing.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to David's favorite charity, the Livingston County Humane Society, which reflects his deep love for all creatures, great and small.
