David H. Hodgson, 65, of DeMotte, passed away Saturday, Dec. 27, 2014, at his residence.  David was born on Oct. 26, 1949, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the son of Hubert L. and Mae Rita (Creevey) Hodgson Jr, both are deceased.David served his country proudly in the Navy.  On May 1, 1982, David married Mary (Lewis) and she passed away in 2011.  David was a crane operator for ArcelorMittal.David leaves behind his children, Scott (Jessica) Hodgson of DeMotte, Dawn Lamar of Roselawn, and Aaron (Jessica) Robbins of Texas; grandchildren, Karlie Lamar, Hanna Dragovich, Liam Hodgson, Olivia Hodgson, Brooke and Emilie Robbins.A  private service will be held with Pastor Jared Raebel officiating.  Internment will take place at the DeMotte Cemetery, DeMotte.
