He was born on December 22, 1963 in Columbus the son of Phillip and Flossie Bell Angle Mitchell.David was a employee of Anchor Hocking Glass of Lancaster and a United States Army Veteran.He is survived by his wife, April; and his daughter, Katelyn Mitchell of the home; parents; brothers, Mark Lewis of Columbus and Lanny (Allison) Mitchell of West VA.; and a sister, Rhonda (Richard) Smith of West VA.He was preceded in death by a son, Shawn David Mitchell; and grandparents, Connie and Vernie Mitchell and Andrew and Marie Angle.Family and friends may call from 1:00 pm until time of services at 3:00 pm on Monday at The Living Word Church, 3960 Ohio 37, Junction City with Pastor Marsha Ashbaugh officiating.
