SEBRING, Fla. — David G. Miller, age 74, passed away on February 9, 2014, in Sebring, Fla. He was born on November 14, 1939, in Fort Wayne, Ind., to the late George P. and Mary June (Mathews) Miller. He was a member of the Elks, Moose,
VFW Auxiliary, AMVETS and American Legion. He loved motorcycles, snowmobiles, boating and spending time with family and friends. He is survived by his wife, Shirley A. Miller of Hudson, Ind., and Sebring, Fla.; his children, Michelle Amstutz (Keith) of Fort Wayne, Ind., and Mark D. Miller (Amy) of Columbus, Ohio; his stepchildren, Brad Taner (Sandra) of Painesville Township, Ohio, Jeff Taner (Diane) of Fort Wayne, Ind., and Michele Quick (Tom) of Wolcottville, Ind.; a brother, Steven P. Miller of Fort Wayne, Ind.; and his grandchildren, Matthew (Stephanie), Amanda, Catie, Drew, Grace, Shane, Jason, Alexa, Chloe, Leah, and Wesley. He was preceded in death by his grandson, Joshua David Amstutz. Memorial services will be held at a later date.
