FORT WAYNE — David L. "Duck" Sevits, age 55, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, formerly of Angola, Indiana, passed away at St. Joseph Hospital, Fort Wayne, Indiana, on Monday, March 31, 2014. He was born on September 28, 1958, in Angola, Indiana, the son of Edward E. and Evelyn M. (Fiddler) Sevits. He attended Angola High School, and he had lived in Fort Wayne for many years. He was a handyman and did small repair work and yard work. He enjoyed collecting "Beanie Babies" and was a Jeff Gordon and NASCAR fan. He loved working on his computers. Survivors include his parents, Edward and Evelyn Sevits, Fremont, Indiana; his sister, Lori Noble of Battle Creek, Michigan; and two brothers, Greg Sevits of Fremont, Indiana, and Michael (Jennifer) Sevits of Angola, Indiana. According to his wishes cremation will take place. Private burial will be at the Ray–Covenanter Cemetery, and there will be no services. Memorial donations in memory of David L.
