 Deacon Paul Leon Charles was born on April 12,1932 in Tunica Ms.To McKinley Charles and Betty Johnson. Deacon Paul was a long-time member of New Zion Baptist Church where he gave his life under the leadership of Pastor Terry Jones. Deacon Paul departed this world on Friday September 01, 2023. He was preceded in death by his late grandmother and grandfather Bessie and John Charles and his mother Bonnie Hughley. His two Brothers Mark and Curtis Charles.Deacon Paul had a heart of gold with a smile that shined so bright that it won everyones heart.He was the life of any event he attended and would help anyone in need. He looked up to all his siblings and loved them dearly. His family meant the world to him.Deacon Paul loved his daughters Sandra and Brenda.Deacon Paul leaves to cherish his daughter’s Sandra and Brenda Hughley. And Brothers Elivin Charles (Rebecca), Timothy Charles ( Laura). Deacon Paul leaves fifteen grandchildren,and ten great grandchildren a host of uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews.
