Dean Carter, 68, of West Berlin, New Jersey, passed on April 24, 2021. Dean was born on May 23, 1952. Loving father to two children (Katherine Carter-Goad and Dean Carter Jr.), grandfather to two (Alexis Carter and Frank Goad), and friend to us all. You are now free to explore the amazing waters of the next life. You will forever be missed.

Funeral and Burial services will be held on Sunday, May 09 2021 in Clementon NJ.
