Deandre Willingham, 26, of Atlanta, Georgia passed Friday, June 22, 2018. Deandre was born to Laverne Willingham, and Debra Parks, February 23, 1993, in Fort Myers, Florida. Deandre will be remembered as such an energetic, helpful young man that was taken from us at such a young age. Deandre moved back to Florida when his mother became sick in 2007 and to turn a new leaf for himself.
In 2012 Deandre graduated from Fort Myers High School with hope to pursue a career in football. While playing football in the hot sun Friday afternoon Deandre's body went into cardiac arrest. As the doctors were unable to resuscitate him, we hold his memories close to our hearts. Deandre took pride in teaching youth football to the kids in his community. In his spare time, he visited back and forth to Atlanta Georgia to visit aunts and cousins. He enjoyed hiking and playing the mandolin. He often played at local attraction sites. Deandre was also a problem solver who often took on difficult and unwanted projects at work and around the house. He was a spiritual man and involved in many church activities. Over the years Deandre has tried to bring the family closer after the passing of his Great Aunt Sandra Willingham-Jackson. We plan to make light of all his wishes. He will deeply be missed by friends, family and all who knew him.
You can to the family or in memory of Deandre Willingham.
