Deanna May Larson Surrounded by family and friends, Dee Dee passed away Sept. 25th, 2017. Deanna was born on Nov. 11, 1941 in Yakima to Louis Heinz and Katherine Hecker Heinz. She resided in Graham for 38 years. For the last 2 years Deanna lived in Centralia with her daughter and son-in-law, Larry and Rhonda Hewitt, along with 7 grandsons from numerous countries. Deanna retired from waitressing after 36 years at the Arches Restaurant & Lounge in Spanaway. Deanna loved to go to the casino and play Bingo. Traveling to Texas to visit family and friends was one of her many pleasures. Whether she was Dee Dee, Deanna, Mom, or Grandma, she was loved by so many. Deanna was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Larson, of 40 years. Deanna's legacy will live on with her children Rory Heinz - Bellingham, Julie Buckholt - Texas, Rhonda Hewitt (Larry) - Centralia, Gloria Byrd -Bellingham, Kathy Chilson - Tacoma, and Lenny Larson (Elaine) - Yelm. She was Grandma to 19 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild. The family would like to thank Providence Sound Home Care & Hospice, Nurse Laurel Fisher, and the Korean Woman's Association caregiver - Clempe (CC) for the wonderful and loving care they gave Mom. At Mom's request, there will be no service.
