Deborah was known for her love of sewing, a hobby she cherished and excelled at. She could often be found creating beautiful garments and quilted masterpieces in her spare time.

Deborah leaves behind her devoted spouse, Percy Pompy, whom she married in 1950. Together, they raised three children: Uhuru Pompy, Jessica Pompy, and Dasia Pompy. They also have three grandchildren who brought immense joy into their lives.
