Deborah Ann Bechtel61, of Indianapolis, passed away on March 5, 2017.  She was born on April 7, 1955, in Indianapolis, to Paul and Lucille Sullivan. She is survived by her husband, Perry, five children, Bryan (Carrie) Bowman, Sandra (Floyd) McQueen, Cheryl Risley, Chris Bechtel, Laura (Michael) Winscott, , four sisters, Mary (Charlie) Harrell, Linda Marshall, Ella Sweet, and Barbara Casteel and 11 grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, David Sullivan.A Celebration of Life gathering will be held from 5:30 - 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 9, 2017 at Jessen Funeral Home, Whiteland Chapel, 729 N.
