Denk, Deborah L. "Debbie"Deborah L. "Debbie" Denk, age 43, of 817 S. 23rd Street, Manitowoc, died Sunday, October 23, 2016 at Holy Family Memorial Medical Center, Manitowoc, following an illness.Debbie was born on December 1, 1972 in Manitowoc, daughter of Dennis and Marion (Karman) Denk. She was a graduate of Roncalli High School, Class of 1990. Debbie was employed at WCUB Radio and was the personal assistant to Lee Davis for 18 years, was the front desk receptionist, Breakfast Club producer and also read the birth announcements on air daily. Everybody who came in contact with Debbie always commented on her nice smile. She enjoyed going to summer festivals, listening to live music and dancing.Survivors include her mother and father: Marion and Dennis Denk; two sisters and one brother-in-law: Lori Denk, Jennifer & Tyler Kanieski, all of Manitowoc; and her special canine friend: Willie. Aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends also survive. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents: Harvey & Caroline Denk; her maternal grandparents: Ludger & Mildred Karman; aunts and uncles, including her special Uncle Jeff.Cremation has occurred at All-Care Cremation Center, Manitowoc. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 29, 2016 at St. Francis of Assisi on Grand (1416 Grand Avenue) Manitowoc. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be the Rev. Michael Warden.
