Debra was born to Forrest Dean Parker and Allie Dee Cook in Cleveland, Mississippi. After graduating from Pittsboro Schools, Debra went on to attend Hinds Junior College, she received her Bachelors Degree from Misssisippi Women's College; she then went to Delta State University to receive her Masters of Education.
Debra was an avid member of Calvary Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School for over 40 years. She loved her grand kids, and friends. She also loved hosting company.
She was preceded in death by her parents Forrest Dean Parker and Allie Dee Parker, her husband Marvis Eron Haire, brother Sam Parker, and sister Lela Parker.
Debra is survived by her sons, Joseph Haire (Cynthia) of Cleveland, Ms, Dr. Doug Haire (Chanda) of Pontotoc, Ms. Sister Clarice Spradling. She also leaves behind her grandchildren, Mason Haire (Joseph), Parker Haire, Leilani Cade Haire, Will Ferguson, and Ella B. Ferguson and her great grand children, Powell Gray and Georgia Gray. She also leaves behind a host of nieces and nephews.

Details:
Services will be held at Calvary Baptist Church, Debra’s home church for over 57 years. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Calvary Baptist Church.
