Debra Weaver, 68, of Beckley, West Virginia, passed away on December 23, 2024. She was born on April 9, 1956. Debra was a beloved member of the community, known for her kind heart and infectious laughter. She had a passion for gardening and could often be found tending to her flowers with a smile on her face. Debra had a zest for life and always made those around her feel appreciated and loved.
