A World War ll veteran who was only 16 when he Enlisted to the United States Air Force. Dee was first deployed on Normandy beaches on June 6th, 1944. This event is known as D'Day, Dee had made a big impact on that battle, being the youngest to fight in the Invasion of Normandy, yet still surviving all the way until natural death. Dee won a medal of honor for his distinct bravery during the Invasion of Normandy. Saving many lives and taking many Nazis lives. Dee's legacy will live on and have his story be known around the entire world. Dee may be gone, but he will forever live in our hearts.
