Deedie "Monk" CullinsABILENE, TXDeedie "Monk" Cullins was born on August 20, 1944, in Coleman, TX to George and Vera Cullins. She passed away peacefully on September 3, 2017, surrounded by her family. Monk leaves behind a brother and sister-in-law, Mason and Joan Cullins of Coleman, TX; two sons, Marty and Scott Farmer, both of Abilene, TX; two granddaughters, Tiffany Burns of Fort Worth, TX and Jessica Farmer Ferrante of Rossville, TN. Monk also has two great grandchildren, Reagan Burns and Hayden Burns of Fort Worth, TX. Monk was a member of Caps United Methodist Church in Abilene. Monk was a beautiful person with an unwavering devotion to her family. She will be dearly missed. A viewing will be held at Elliott-Hamil Funeral Home, 5701 Hwy 277 South, Abilene, Texas from 5:00PM to 7:00PM on Tuesday, September 5, 2017. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 6, 2017, at Caps United Methodist Church, 6501 Hwy 277 South, Abilene, Texas at 1:00PM.
