Denise Payton, 73, of Gordon, Georgia, passed Sunday, May 06, 2018. Denise was born to James Payton, and Brenda Payton, February 23, 1945.

Denise graduated from Columbia High School in 1963. She married Alfred Payton in 1978, and they lived together in Gordon. Denise worked at Teacher until she retired in 2005.

Denise is survived by 3 children: Marie Payton, Robert Payton, and Sara Payton. She also is survived by 5 grandchildren.
