LAURINBURG — Dennis Allen Dial, 51, passed away on Sept. 10, 2015 after a long and courageous battle with cancer.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday at Multitudes Church officiated by the Rev. Opie Swails. Burial will follow in Hillside Memorial Park.
Dennis was born on Aug. 2, 1964 in Scotland County, a son of Jewel Miller Dial and the late Robert "Rab" Lewis Dial. He was a hard worker, the owner and operator of Moore Brick & Stone located in Aberdeen. He attended Multitudes Church, was an avid reader, and loved gardening and fishing. Dennis was a devoted family man who truly loved sharing his time with family and friends.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his grandmother Grace Miller and sister Phyllis C. Phillips.
Dennis is survived by his wife Tabitha Callahan Dial and sons Bryce Addison Dial and Brett Austin Dial all of the home, his mother Jewel Dial of Laurinburg, brothers Jerry Dial (Paula), Jeff "Boo" Dial (Donna), Robin Dial (Brenda), Steve Cole (Peggy), and Ronnie Cole (Janice) all of Laurinburg, many nieces and nephews, and a host of special friends.
Visitation will be from 6-8:00 p.m. on Saturday at Richard Boles Funeral Service.
The family requests that memorial donations be given in Dennis's memory to Multitudes Church, 15301 Jim Calhoun Road, Laurinburg, NC 28352.
