Dennis A. Andersen1939 - 2015Dennis A. Andersen, 75, of Kenosha passed away on Monday, Feb. 2, 2015, at United Hospital Systems – KMCC with his two sons by his side. Dennis was born on Sept. 2, 1939, in Highland Park, Ill., to Oscar and Sylvia (Trout) Andersen. He married Sandra Rosenbaum on Aug. 8, 1960, at St. Mary's Lutheran Church. Dennis worked for over 30 years for Chrysler until his retirement where he was a final line inspector. He enjoyed working around the house doing projects and working in the yard. Everyday he could be found working out in the gym at the Kenosha Hospital with his friends.He was preceded in death by, his wife, Sandra in 1994; his parents and his brother, Gerry Andersen.Dennis is survived by, his two sons, Steve Andersen of Pleasant Prairie and Jeff Andersen of Kenosha; two grandchildren, Tim Andersen and DeAnne (Pat) Willis; four great grandchildren, Tyler, Destiny, Jacob and Zachary; his sister, Joan (Ken) Ohlgart of Rancho Palos Verdes, Calif., as well as other family and friends. A visitation for Dennis will be held at the Hansen-Lendman Funeral Home from 2 p.m. until 5 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 6, 2015. A private inurnment will be held at a later date.
