Dereck was born on May 31, 1974 in Los Angeles, CA to Victoria Myers and Dereck Jeorme Barksdale Sr. He was the youngest out of his siblings/ Dereck loved frying chicken and playing football. Everyone knew he was a Rams fan for life as he would say. He will surely missed. He leaves behind his wife and their two kids.
