We mourn the passing of our beloved Devon Reid, who was born on May 5, 2000, in Greensboro, North Carolina, United States. Devon tragically left us on July 21, 2025.

Devon is survived by father Gavin and mother Shawna. Although Devon did not have any children, their presence will be sorely missed.

It is with heavy hearts that we must acknowledge the cause of Devon's passing was suicide. Our hearts ache with the knowledge that Devon felt such deep pain and that we were unable to ease their suffering.

Devon will be remembered for their infectious laughter, kind heart, and unwavering loyalty to those they loved. They will forever hold a special place in our hearts.

May Devon finally find the peace they were searching for. Rest in peace, dear Devon.
