We are saddened to announce the passing of Dexter Mitchell on December 6, 2025, in Greensboro, North Carolina. Dexter was born on April 5, 1972, to Kevin and Essie Mitchell. He is survived by his loving children, Tatiana and Jovan, and his two adoring grandchildren.

Dexter was a dedicated Pepsi driver for many years until his retirement in 2022. When he wasn't on the road, he could often be found coaching basketball or teaching the kids how to play soccer and football. His passion for sports was infectious, and he touched the lives of many through his coaching and mentoring.

Unfortunately, Dexter's life was cut short by lung cancer. Despite the challenges he faced, he always remained positive and never lost his sense of humor. He will be remembered for his laughter, his love for his family, and his unwavering dedication to his hobbies.

Although Dexter may no longer be with us, his spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. Rest in peace, Dexter Mitchell. You will be deeply missed.
