Diana Pike Smith, aged 45, resident of Thunder Bay, passed away unexpectedly on December 16, 2016. She was born on October 27, 1971 in Thunder Bay. Diana was a very giving and loving person. Family was very important to Diana and she was so proud of her children and grandchildren. As a testament to her unselfishness, her final act was to give the gift of life through organ and or tissue donation. Beloved fiancé of Ken Malcolm; fantastic mother of Katrina (Ricky), Mindy (Doyle) and Travis; proud grandmother of Teagan, Killia, Abagail, Natasha, Hayden, Terrance, Nathan, Gavin and Dylan. Also survived by her parents Bill and Diane Pike; brothers Norman (Michelle), Arnold (Angie) and Will (Trish). Diana will be sadly missed by all those that knew her. Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held on December 28, 2016 from 2 5 p.m. at the Oliver Road Recreation Centre, main floor. Memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or a trust fund for her son Travis (cheques payable to Arnold Pike) would be appreciated.
