Diann MitchellDoyline - Beverly Diann Taylor Mitchell went Home to her Lord on Friday evening, October 20, 2017 surrounded by her family.Diann was born on August 18, 1957 in Urania, Louisiana. She married her high school sweetheart, David N. Mitchell in July 1975, following graduation from Bossier Academy, after serving as Valedictorian of her graduating class. She eventually transitioned beyond the OB setting to Recovery Room work at the new Red River Surgery Center. Whether it was witnessing their miracles or bringing some form of comfort, what Diann learned she truly loved about Nursing was the bond that was made with her patients and their families as she cared for them. She considered Nursing to be her Ministry and to so many families, Diann was not only a Nurse, but an Angel on Earth. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, good food and trips to the beach. Her grandchildren were a source of tremendous joy to her.
