Dianna Thompson, of Roberta, Alabama, passed away on July 24, 2025, at the age of 62. She was born on May 19, 1963, to proud parents Albert and Maryanne Johnson Thompson.

Dianna married the love of her life, David Thompson, in the year 20. Together, they raised three wonderful children - Lavontae Johnson, Katrina Thompson (spouse Danny Oliver), and Gerald Thompson (spouse Asheena Thompson).

Dianna leaves behind three cherished grandchildren.

She attended Perry High School, graduating in 1976, before starting her career at Barnes Paper Apparel. After many years of hard work, Dianna retired in 2010.

In addition to her dedication to her family and career, Dianna also served in the Army. In her free time, she enjoyed fishing and spending quality time with her loved ones.

Dianna will be remembered for her warm smile, generous spirit, and unwavering love for her family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Dianna passed away after a brave battle with cancer. May she rest in peace.
