Dianne Gibb Dianne Gibb (Wilder), age seventy, passed away on October 10th2016. Dianne, the daughter of Warren and Evelyn Wilder, was born on August 30th1946 in Topeka Kansas. She was active in her community and was a hardworking and respected business woman in both Topeka, Kansas and Richmond, Kentucky. She retired to Sun City where she was known for her vibrant and professional performing skills with the Sun City Chorus, Sun City Theatre, May River Theater and Sun City Dancers. Her favorite role was the title role of Gypsy in the musical "Gypsy." She also used her acting skills as a docent with the historical Heyward House in Bluffton for which she dressed in period clothing and gave walking tours throughout the historical district. Dianne was rewarded for her intellectual and performing talent by being crowned the 2014 Ms. Senior South Carolina. Dianne served as Secretary on the Sun City Theatre Board of Directors for the past three years. She enjoyed being a member of Thomas Heyward, Jr Chapter of Daughters of the American Revolution She was a member of St. Luke's United Methodist Church on Okatie Highway and volunteered to serve her church in many ways. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Reavis Gibb. Surviving beloved step children are son Clifton Gibb, wife Ruth, of Richmond, KY; son Travis Gibb of Richmond, KY; daughter Jennifer Gibb of Long Beach, CA and daughter Gwendolyn Gibb Stavros, husband John, of Coto De Caza, CA. In addition, Dianne was the proud grandmother of Abigail Taylor, husband David, Clayton Gibb, Vasilli Stavros, MaryKate Stavros, and Justis Ingles. Tom Fekete, a close loving friend of several years, offered personal care and comfort during Dianne's past two years. Dianne always handled her illness with great courage. She was adored by her family and friends and will be missed each and every day.
