Dolly h Shaffer, 62, passed on October 19, 2021. She was born to Bill bennett and Hilda bennett in Charlston, South Carolina on January 01, 1959.

She married frank Schaffer in 20 and they lived together in Vineland, New Jersey. Together they raised 2 children Erica bain, Anita Schaffer . She is also survived by 4 grandchildren.

Dolly graduated from Wildwood high in 1978.

Dolly worked at Vineland state school and was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people.
