We mourn the passing of Dolores Lares, born on June 30, 1936, in Marfa, Texas, to Ramon and Luisita Chacón. Dolores peacefully left this world on January 14, 2026.

Dolores was married to her beloved spouse Jesus in 1957 and together they raised four children: Gloria Lares, Linda Lares, Yolanda Lares, and Jesse Lares. She was a devoted mother and grandmother, leaving behind nine cherished grandchildren.

Dolores enjoyed hobbies such as sewing and reading the Bible. She found joy in these simple pleasures and shared her love for these activities with her family.

Pallbearers are Jacob Lares, Jozabad Urias, Jesse Lares, Rafael Hernandez, Anaan Ramirez, and Andrew Urias.
