Donald Bruce Jones VIIndialantic, FloridaDonald Bruce Jones VI, 74, passed away on Saturday, June 17, 2017.  He was born on March 13, 1943 in Mobile, AL to Donald Bruce Jones V and Sara Amalie Schultz.Don graduated from Las Cruces High School in New Mexico, and attended the University of Florida in Gainesville where he received a degree in Business.  He was a member of Delta Sigma Phi fraternity.  Upon graduation, he proudly served as an army officer and was stationed at Army Intelligence Headquarters, Europe.  He went on to receive a Master of Business Administration from Stetson University.  He was a program manager at Harris Corporation for over 35 years.Don married Sharon in 1966 in Orlando, FL.  They were happily married for 51 years.Don is survived by his wife Sharon of Indialantc, FL;  his daughter Laura (David) Gruber of Gainesville, FL;  his son D. Bruce (Jessica) Jones of St. Augustine, FL;  his grandchildren Alex, Hannah, Ashley, and D.B.;  his sister Jean (George) Pickhardt of Venice, FL;  and nieces, cousins, and numerous other relatives.A memorial service will be held at Holy Trinity Episcopal Church in Melbourne, FL, at 10:00 AM on Friday, June 23, with a reception to follow at the church.  Holy Trinity is located at 50 West Strawbridge Avenue.In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to the University of Florida Alumni Association, Emerson Alumni Hall, 1938 W.
