He worked for the Boy Scouts of America and was a former Mediator for the Jefferson County Courts. Don "Butch" was born on July 4, 1958 in Louisville, Kentucky to Marion and Phyllis (Davenport) Montgomery. He was preceded in death by his mother Phyllis Montgomery.Don "Butch" is survived by his wife of 20 years, Cynthia Lynn (Tobin) Montgomery, father Cleve Montgomery, children; Jillian Wilson and Elizabeth Nahm, 5 grandchildren (Ryleigh.
