Donald Haltom Jr. of Port Angeles passed away on November 14, 2016, at the age of 60 from heart complications. Donald was born on January 5, 1956, in Port Angeles. He attended school in Sequim. He married Junita Olsen, but they were later divorced. He enjoyed fishing in Sekiu and the Hoko River. He liked to deer hunt and fish with Grandpa Olson. He was a member of the Fairview Grange No. 619, Port Angeles; it was one of his best places to go. Donald worked as a logger in Port Angeles. He was in a logging accident in 1986 and had lived in Crestwood Convalescent Center for 30 years. Donald had a wonderful family at Crestwood, all the staff from the office to the floor to the kitchen. Donald is survived by his mother, Arlene Krumpe; stepdad, Stanely Forsell; sons Joshua, Nathan and Anthony Haltom; his sister, Karen Krumpe Stopsen; his brothers, Mark Haltom, Clay Haltom and Sidney Krumpe Jr.; stepbrothers Rik, Barry, Tharon and Shane; stepsisters Debbie, Merry Jane, Bunny, Jodi and Susan; grandchildren Jaedyn Haltom, Collin Haltom, Elizabeth Haltom and Lexie Lee Haltom; and many nieces and nephews. Donald was preceded in death by his grandparents, Adolph and Georgia Olson; stepdad Sidney Krumpe Sr.; and father Donald Haltom Sr. A celebration of life was held on November 19, 2016, at the Fairview Grange. He was laid to rest in Mount Angeles Memorial Park.
